What we build and run
The systems

Three systems. One engine.

Most consulting businesses at this stage already have the pieces: a funnel someone built, a CRM nobody updates, an email list that rarely hears from them. Onus connects them into one engine and manages it, so every lead is followed up the day it comes in.

AcquisitionThe front end

The right people, already warm

A VSL or webinar that does the selling before the call, and an application that filters out anyone who can't pay. Your calendar fills with people who already know what you do and roughly what it costs.

Nobody falls through the cracks

A CRM that tracks every lead from first touch to payment, with follow-up that runs by itself. Reminders before calls, nurture for people who aren't ready, and a clean handoff to payment when they are.

Why Onus

Your offer works. The business around it leaks.

It's the stage almost every consulting business reaches once the founder can't hold every piece alone.

Find your leak
  1. You built it yourself, and it worked.

You figured out the offer, the content and the sales call mostly on your own, and got further than most people who try.

  2. Then growth stopped matching effort.

More content and more calls stopped turning into more revenue at the same rate. The ceiling isn't your offer anymore.

  3. The leaks don't show up on a statement.

The lead who never got a follow-up. The call that no-showed with no reminder. The client who left after month two because nobody checked in. None of it has a line item, but it adds up every month.

  4. Freelancers fix one piece at a time.

A funnel builder builds a funnel. A VA sends some emails. Nobody owns how the pieces connect, so you stay the person holding it all together.

  5. Onus owns the whole system.

We diagnose before we prescribe, build what the numbers point to, and stay on to manage it. You go back to doing what you're best at.

The process

Diagnose first. Build second.

Every engagement runs on the same five phases. You always know what's happening, what's next, and what you'll have at the end of each one.

The roster

Every client carries a card.

Every Onus client is issued a numbered card with their name, business, base and status. The finish reflects where the business is today, and it moves up as the business does.

What does Onus actually do?

Onus builds and manages the systems that turn attention into revenue: the funnel, the pipeline, the follow-up and the retention. Where a freelancer builds one piece and leaves, we diagnose the whole business, build what the numbers point to and stay on to manage it.

Who is Onus for?

English-speaking consultants and coaches who sell under their own name. You have an offer that sells and an audience that trusts you. What's missing is the backend that lets it grow without you holding every piece.

Why don't you have case studies yet?

Onus launched under this name in 2026, and we'd rather show nothing than show numbers that aren't ours. Our first clients work with us on early-client terms: a lower rate than our standard pricing, in exchange for permission to document the work and publish their results once they're in.

Until then, judge the work itself. The application you'll go through to get your card was designed and built the same way your systems will be.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the audit finds and how much needs to be built versus repaired. Pricing is shared on the call, once there's enough information to quote honestly.

Do I need to switch tools?

Usually not. Onus builds on what you already pay for wherever it works, and only recommends a switch when a tool is the leak.

How fast will I see changes?

The audit gives you the leak map early, and the first fixes go in right after it. The biggest wins usually come from follow-up and show rate, because those cost the most and take the least to fix.

What's the card?

Every Onus client is issued a numbered card with their name, business, base and status. The finish depends on your revenue band. It starts digital, and it's how we keep the roster small and personal.

What happens after I apply?

Every application is read by hand within 48 hours. If it's a fit, you book a call where we go through your funnel, pipeline and retention against what you wrote. If it's not a fit yet, you'll hear that too, with a reason.
